What do you mean?, The Knee Pads are In-Game Build on Orton and Elbow Pads can be added with the Superstar Studio

Then get xapcker or do it manually using hex editor

Do you want to do any specific editing to them or just include the standard black knee and elbow pads? Also, which version are you talking about?

Tried to do it, included his textures but doesn't seem to be that simple. Don't have much time to experiment for now so I'll have to get back to it when possible. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
