I wasn't sure if anybody knew about this...

But if you do multiple mods (like if you have WWF, TNA, ROH, etc.), and want to be able to choose between them, there's a program that I have used on the NBA 2K series, and I now use on this game.

I thought it may be invaluable to the Smacktalks community, so I decided to share my knowledge. :)

http://www.gamefront.com/files/21681483/JSGME.7z

Basically, you install it to your WWE 2K15 directory, and put folders in the "mods" folder that it creates. Then, you put your mods in the subfolders, and activate the mods by choosing the folders in the JSGME program (you can choose multiple mods, as long as they don't conflict, like wrestlers and arenas). For example, a mod of Kurt Angle would go in something like "MODS/TNA/pac/ch/chXXX.pac".

If you knew about this, sorry, but if you didn't...now you do. :)

Hi,

Thanks a lot for sharing this program.

I'm a bit of noob when it comes to modding the game. I have downloaded a custom superstar, like Kurt Angle that Tekken57 created. How do I "install" using this program? I've just made a folder called "ch129", dumped the files in there, activated the mod, but can't seem to find him anywhere in the game.

Or is the program just for complete conversion mods like you mentioned?

Again, apologies for the noob question, but would really appreciate it if someone could show me the ropes :)

Thanks

Hi. You need to put a folder in the ch129 folder, called pac, then put another folder in the pac folder, called ch, then put the ch129.pac file inside of the ch folder. Then activate the ch129 folder. Just FYI, you can name the ch129 folder (not the file) "Kurt Angle" or something similar, and you can put multiple wrestlers in one mod folder, as long as you keep the file structure. I'll see if I can find an easier way to explain it.

Just to be clear from my understanding of what this program would do you'd still need to install the wrestler into the memory right?

Yes, unless it's just a texture or character replacement.

If you're talking about like in the game save, yes...but if you use this in conjunction with the Save Swapper program, you could potentially be able to have all sorts of rosters. (I have not tested this theory, but I'm assuming it could work)

Okay, I've placed the files in the correct folders, but still not able to find Kurt anywhere.

I suppose I'm still doing something wrong?

I see you guys are talking about installing the wrestler into memory, I assume that is what X-packer does, right?

If I'm not using X-packer, can someone explain the "AJ Lee glitch" to me in order to use custom superstars with the game? Or can this program do what I want to do, without any sort of glitch (if that makes sense).

Apologies if I'm hi-jacking the topic in any way.

Wait, does this mean we don't have to repack modded files into .pac files and simply use the unpacked files in a certain folder structure?

Unfortunately, I don't believe that's possible (correct me if I'm wrong). This is mostly if you just want to have different mod setups, like if you want to keep your WWF and TNA mods separate.
