Would appreciate some help with string.pac

I'm loving the community DLC.  But I'm having some problems.  Although the characters appear in-game, they are not listed as Kurt Angle, Goldberg, etc, but instead as Dean Ambrose (manager), Bray Wyatt (manager), etc.  This is because of string.pac, everyone says.  Well, I've installed the string.pac that appears in the thread.  But still, nothing.  I've followed tutorials to change the string, but when I get to the values that I'm supposed to change, (6A4D for Kurt Angle, 6A4F for Jeff Hardy) I find that they're already set to Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, etc.  I've followed several different tutorials, but I just can't figure it out.  Am I doing something wrong, or missing a step?  Sorry if it's a noob or frequently asked question, I don't have much experience modding WWE games.
