To modify managers alignment in MY Career mod

Hello everyone.

There is one thing absolutely stupid in My Carrer mod: the alignment of the managers.

1) There's no indication on who is Face and who is Heel,

2) Sometimes, it make no sense! Heyman, face? Really?

So here's my question/request: Is it possible to change the alignment of a manager and is it possible to display it?
