EZY Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 I'm serious brain dead or something... I tried following a guide on changing strings and editing names but I can't figure it out. I use X-Packer to open "strings.pac. I open the "4000" file. I edit the name. inject the file back into the strings. and the game crashes. What am I doing wrong? Quote

What am I doing wrong?Did you uncompress the 0000 file in the 4000 file? To open the '4000' one, press ctrl + 3 and select it. Once you uncompressed the 0000 file, press ctrl + 0 and click on 0000. You'll see all the names when you scroll to the right. You can sort them alphabetically as well to make it easier to find. Quote
