Referee Mod [Work In Progress/Need Help]

Welcome to my new mod ! i am working on a referee mod which has the WWE badge on his shirt replaced with different promotion logos. This mod is a work in progress the thing that is bugging me the most is injecting the dds file to xpacker somehow it turns my refs hands/shoes/pants/shirt (execpt head/face) into black with the logo having a see through effect. If i compress inject everything on the ref is back to normal with the original logo tried using Visual Studio to save as dds (from extracted original ref image also had same error in Photshop but once i have sorted it out ill finish er up. The mod will be in one big rar file so you the user can select any promotion to use in 2K15. Lastly if your wondering about my logos mod i have put it on the backburner for now as these other new mods i am making is taking most of my time i will revisit sometime down the track!.
