change the texture? yes but I dont know the cell door addies or texture values for the cage door.

the cage door doesnt have a addie as its just one wall of the cage

I have a cool idea what if we combined the texture hiac cage adies with the normal cage texture addies it would almost look like the elimanation chamber. the hiac cage would look like the chains and the normal cage would well look like a cage.
