Need Help, Game got slow...

Right after I used a Cheat Engine table to add time to the Iron Match match,

after that I have tried everything, including:

 

Change the time using Cheat Engine down to 45, 30, and back to 15 

Uninstall and Install again the game, DLC and some Mods (Arena, Flair, Sting, Rude) 

 

Try the game again, still slow. 

 

I figure I must be missing one file somehow that made the game slow, but I can't figure out which.

You could try to re-verify your game files through Steam.

how do I do that, new to Steam.... only installed Steam because of THIS game.

One thing that I'm almost certain is that this has something to do with an overnight and unintended Windows 10 Update.

 

You just gave me an idea, since I think this is also related to that Windows 10 Upgrade, 

I'm removing now Steam and then I will reinstall it and see what happens...

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

Did this happen to you too LJ? I'm asking cause I'll take the file down if it's causing issues for the game.

@drwho try verifying the cache as suggested. If you still experience issues, report back and I (as well as others) will help.

I haven't tested it very extensively yet, but in the bit of time I tried I didn't find any problems.

Actually it may be a problem about Windows 10, the performance of some games are being affected. Try putting in minimum the graphics on your pc or search for an update of your graphics card
