can someone make a minitron tut video?

Hey i need some help in hex editing the minitron files...i've tried everything i followed the tut. i have changed the minitron in the past and it worked, but i could only use one until the tut came out to add the 0's so it matches the same file size, i tried that and it changed all the superstars minitron to the smackdown minitron. i followed all the steps i've done it over 4 times now and it hasn't been working for me. can someone help me?

making a video tut soon, when i get my new mic

i know how to do it, its just that im messing up somewhere...but the video sort of gave me an idea as to what im doing wrong...i think i need to edit the minitron pac file by dragging it out of the program files folder instead of directly editing it there because it's screwing it up everytime i do that.
