Cannot Connect To Community Creations

I dont know why i Cannot Connect To Community Creations.

 

I want to download from Community Creations but i cant connect 

when i try to connect after 2-3 seconds i get disconnected.

I have a pirated game so i thought that its because of it

but i found a crack on the internet so that i can connect online

i downloaded steam and login into steam after i open the game i can connect online but cant get to Community Creations.

Please help me to get to CC.
