I have GTX 970 graphics card wwe 2k15 runs smooth before the dlc patch came but after that the game stutters now it drops frame rate from 60fps-45 fps in the mid match. it makes the game choppy in between moves.

Games like witcher 3 runs smooth on high but for WWE 2K15 after downloaded dlc its stutters while playing the game even on low setting so is there any way to remove this dlc patch from my game?ย

The only way would be to uninstall, and then install again.

They'll most likely release a patch to sort out the issue but I wouldn't count on it to be released quickly as this was developed primarily for consoles. At the meantime, it'd be feasible to just cancel the DLC patch update from ever taking place and it's outlined above. ^
