After many unsuccessful attempts to accomplish this I was finally able to do it. I'd like to share these information with you so that we can create crazy good looking mods.

I posted the tutorial on my website: http://bit.ly/1FTtRvw

Enjoy!

My guy didn't have the 2nd value, but I scrolled down til the end of what appeared to be facial animations, and replaced them with 0's... Worked perfectly. Thanks for this, big time.

Awesome man. I meant to post this about disabling animations, not about the face but any animation in game can be disable this way.

This is how I disabled the Don't Try This at Home screen I adjusted. If you just edit the dds, the animation still plays over it and cuts it in half.

You've deff been a great addition to the community :)

What do you mean any animation?... Would it be possible to disable the royal rumble animation where a wrestler jumps over the top rope when irish whipped into the ropes. It looks ridiculous. The Great Khali and Andre the Giant jump over the top rope like its nothing. Would love to eliminate that animation.
