A couple of Minor Things I can see right off:

 

-Mouth needs less Width

-Eyes need to be less Squinted (More Length & Less Width)

-Nose needs more of a "Turtle" Shape

-Round the Face a Little More

-Re-Work the Jowl (More Outline Less Upper Line)

-And Darken the Hell out of the Brows

Kinda hard to tell, and I might be wrong...but it looks like you have attempted this without any face texture/logo.  Taking that into consideration, definitely a good effort.  Trying to just use morphing this year sucks balls, so well done for trying.

 

Hopefully you find some decent refs to help with the face.  But, for what it's worth, keep that template and work from what you already have.
