Game not choosing dedicated graphics card

I play on a laptop and it has a built in Intel Graphics as well as a dedicated AMD Radeon HD 8670M graphics.When the game is launched it only chooses the built in Intel and I dont get the option of choosing dedicated as the option is greyed out at Intel graphics. Is there a way to let the game choose AMD graphics?

Go to device manager and disable the Intel GPU first.
