Remove screen effect from the old arenas?

I don't know how this would work but does anyone know if it would be possible to remove the grainy effect from the old arenas featured in the path of the warrior DLC?

I would try to talk to the guys working on the arena overhauls, they are pretty nice about answering questions in their thread if they can.

I am trying to find out what causes this to add to my old arenas as an option. Instead of removing it I want to add it, but if we figure this out, I can easily tell you how to remove it

I kinda like the screen effect....it gives the old school feel !!

Thanks for the replies. It's not a huge deal really I just wish they'd made it optional, sometimes it's cool like if you're using characters from that era but I like to use the arenas for the current guys because of their simplicity and the effect kind of ruins it for me
