Names like Kurt Angle are featured as a WWE Legend, which would be a surprising inclusion given his major active role in TNA Impact Wrestling. The rest of the list is reasonably plausible, albeit with a few other unlikely names. The list in full is can be read here. The WWE names are Bret Hart, British Bulldog, Brock Lesnar, Doink the Clown, The Great Khali, Goldberg, John Cena, Sasha Banks, Seth Rollins, Sting, Sheamus, Steve Austin, Roman Reigns, Rosa Mendes, Rusev, Ultimate Warrior and Zack Ryder. In addition, there will apparently be an ECW roster. That will include Rhyno, Sabu and Sandman. There’s then a WWE Legends section, with Kurt Angle, Mr Perfect and Sid. It is doubtful that this is the real roster. For one, why would Bret Hart and British Bulldog be listed in the WWE stars and not the WWE Legends? There’s also a wide range of names missing, particularly in relation to the divas. The real list will come out around the time of SummerSlam, with 2K expected to announce it in the same way they did last year at a roster reveal. Take this leaked list with a pinch of salt for now.) Have no idea about this one. didn't read the wall of text but i know the guy that's been posting q&a's on yt said something about 2k switched their roster around and removed like 30 something wwe/ecw legends and moved them to dlc. so maybe that has something to do with it. i know that's what they did in wwe13 (thq) when they realized everyone knew about too cool being in the game. they were originally slated to be on the disc.

It even appears that some names were removed altogether from the first edit like Kurt Angle, Sabu, and Sandman. There isn't even a WWE 2K16 page in existence for Wikipedia yet. Just some unnecessary pyro and ballyhoo to get the ball rolling early. We get it every year. Safe to lock this.
