having troubles compressing and injecting the dds image into the pach file for naomi only

it says: Zlib file must be the same size as the original. Cannot compress the file enough.

Try just injecting the file not compress. Also make sure you're not sorting by filename.

I'll try to replicate your issue if I can and see if I can narrow down what the issue is. I remember this happening to me before but can't remember what caused it. I think it was a corrupted renders file.

You have to open as "Pac containing directories"

No, I just did it and i extracted the whole thing ^^, I will test it on Orton '04, But why the .DDS can't be opened in VS, When i try to open it it opens the picture with IrfanView and don't works, How to do it?, I have Visual Studio 2012 Express

Try opening VS first then drag and drop the dds there.

It seems like you mixed up the ID numbers for those two Batistas.

EDIT: Just for the big one: typeb

I know this is an old thread, but replacing "medium" type c renders crashes my game on the character select screen, while replacing the large renders works flawlessly.  Is there a reason for this?
