Can`t create a superstar

I can`t create a superstar or change attire to current superstar on PC version. All other saves (like Universe, Showcase etc) are working. For example, when I create someone and press Save button game is freezing, but music continue playing and save icon is spinning, but nothing is hapening. And it can last indefinitely without no changes. I think, i must say that the game is not license. I tried many repacks and different cracks, but nothing change. Then I install the game on another PC and everything is worked. The question is what can be with my PC, why i can`t create a superstar? Maybe someone can help me with that.

HarlotEffect93, I don`t deny that. But deal is not about game, I just want to know why it work perfectly on other PC, but not at mine. System requirements is almost the same. Operation System is Win 7 x64 on both PC.
