using managers with rivalries mod

hi not sure if this is possilble or not...

 

is there anything that can be done to allow you to change participants when having a rivalrie match in universe mode? i am using Brock Lesnar alot however its not the same without Paul Hayman by his side at ring side, whenever i edit participants to change this and have Paul Hayman as a manager  i lose the current Rivalrie. could anyone look into changing this and allowing using managers in universe mode.
