I'm just curious, what program do people use to cut out the minitrons and other graphics out of the videos on youtube?
Want to start putting custom trons for everyone but I don't know how to crop the mini from the sidetrons.
thanks!

Camtasia Studio 8

so I got a sting minitron made with camtasia 8 because he doesn't have walltrons..
I replaced over AJ LEE but the problem is the tron glitches. However, AJ's tron is 2 point something megs and the one I made for sting is 5.
What am I doing wrong? I downloaded 480 version of video from youtube and binked it with the google doc's tutorial's settings..
Is it because the file size is too big and if so, how do I make Sting's smaller?
I need to know what's messing up because now I'm afraid I will have to start all over again(all trons)

According to one of the minitron-replacement tutorials, the NEW minitron you're using has to be the EXACT same size as the OLD one that you're replacing.

If your new one is bigger, shrink it either by scaling it down or using more compression, until the filesize is a bit smaller than the old one.

Then you do some hex editing to add empty bytes until the new one's the same exact size as the old one.
