Framerate Fix - Side Effects Unknown

Can anybody help me ?

 

My game runs at a steady 60fps but in entrance,end of match and cut-scenes it wont go above 30.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The cut-scenes and entrances are capped at 30fps as far as I'm aware. No fix around that yet.

When I change it to 60/60 and launch the game, my monitor turns off. I can hear sounds from the game and when I press Alt+F4, it's back to normal. Can anybody help me with that?

has anyone else noticed this no longer working since the update?   my fps is fluctuating between 55-60 now.
