iam trying to mod selection pics after unpacking bpe file we get dds file but none of the programs opening it. i tried

photoshop with dds plugin and dds converter no luck is there any other software for 2k15 pc dds file.

The free program Paint.net natively deals with .dds, and the free program gimp has a .dds plugin it's the first result on goggling "gimp .dds"

Tried it all no luck its not opening am I doing something wrong unpacking the bpe file.

I need help from experiences members which tool u use to unpack bpe and view dds file.

Pls help me guys.
