I'm sorry but I have to ask 1 more time: DOES HE REPLACE JUSTIN GABRIEL ?

Why bother who replace who when you can put him to a new slot.  If you want to replace JG, you can do it yourself with your own custom pofo. 

I can't afford X-Packer since I'm saving for other things ( PC 2k16 for example lol), so I need JG replaced  

You don't need X-Packer to change the superstar ID. Once you download the AJStyles.pac, just open it via HxD, change the ID to Justin's ID. There's a tutorial of it in this forum. Search it.

The red needs to have the same ids as the .pac name (blue). So, change 00034202 into 00010102

If you want to edit the moveset, just go to Creation Studio and edit his moveset. Simple. But if you want to inject the pofo and moveset into  it, you can do that via Cheat Engine. Not sure if there still a tutorial of it. Try watch this video by Pozzum. Maybe you can get the idea.
