I can make the texture mods, but this change of attire you can easily find on CC. Quote

wtferrell Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 You have to edit the alpha layer under "Channels". White/Lighter makes thing shiny and reflective. Black/darker gray makes things less shiny/more dull. Quote
