I was wondering what you were gonna do with Sabu's head scarf and you nailed it.

Did you get it from the other series of the game or you actually reform any kinds that is in 2K15?

It looks legit beyond belief.

I used the Turban from 2k14 caw mode. Had to remap the uv's as I am using hi res textures.

G'day tekken love the Sabu and Angle mods sabu looks better then the svr10sabu character any chance of the sandman or rhyno?

I'm taking a break from modding after I release Sabu and Angle, quite tired now.

 

Since you guys absolutely hated my Steiner with the 2k14 head.....:

I said this else where, but I wouldn't be surprised if the modding community slowed down a little. Especially if 2k16 is coming in October. Though I do hope that everything can be ported over.

@tekken57, the Sabu entrance music has been injected into the main audio file. I'm about to begin work on his entrance and moveset tonight. I want this version of Sabu to be as authentic and spot-on as possible, so I'm first going to spend a little time going over some of his classic ECW  matches so I can cherry-pick the moves that best represent his repertoire.

 I used Righteous's movesets for my Steiner mod.  Look forward to what you come up with :)

You really notice the technical shortcomings of the game's creation suite when you try to re-create the move-set for an unorthodoxed style wrestler such as Sabu, who in real life was lightning quick (in his prime) and utilized a plethora of springboard moves - most of the time with props (a steel chair, being his weapon of choice). 

I promise to do the best I can with what I have to work with.

Many of the pure "wrestling" moves available are passable, but for daredevil types, like Sabu, the variety is just too lacking. Even worse than that, the amount of moves that they let you pull off in-game under specific conditions is just not enough. Let me explain... 

For example, when you're working in the Custom Move-Set suite, under the "Rope" category, the sub-categories containing all of the different modifiers (not including "Strike Attacks," which allows 2 different moves to be performed in-game) only allow one move per category. One. This is so frustrating. As I'm working on this moveset, I can think of so many "Springboard Attacks" for Sabu, and some of them are actually included, but for some reason the engine severely limits the amount of freedom players have in the game. Surely with today's technology and game controllers having no less than a dozen different buttonson them we should be in a place where we can pull off a wider range of moves.

For every step forward this series takes, it feels like it takes 2 backwards. The fact that I can't use a chair as a springboard prop is mind boggling. We were able to do that back in Smackdown vs. Raw 2008.

I agree, the moves and entrances seems to get more and more limited each year.

I haven't decided as yet. Will only work on Hall and Steiner after I take a break for a while.

 

Angle released in the comm dlc thread. There are still some issues with the eye movements which I cannot fix but it's not that noticeable in game. .
