First mod Texture

hii i just ordered x-packer today and while i am waiting for it to arrive i started to try to do my first texture in the game.. i am hoping to do Shinsuke Nakamura over Justin Gabriel  since this is my first tie i was wondering if someone would give some critic and maybe some pointers..ok Nakamura is on hold until i have some experience. Will need to change the model to get a decent result.
