Custom PAC files

As modding progresses in 2k15 PC, there is a frequently asked question, on how to do Minitrons, and so forth, but failing to understand Hex as well as some of the others, was interested in knowing if we could get some kind of thread going for those who aren't that good or knowledgeable/understanding of Hex or just not very good with modding in general, where people can post and share their modded PAC files if they're willing to share that is.

I know it's a lot to ask for at the moment as so many things are going on. Apologies if this is asking for too much too soon or just in general.

I don't think you understand what the word Benign means or how to use it. 

I'd like to tell you what I meant by that, but this isn't the place for an argument.
