If anyone knows how to make custom minitrons work please do tell I've tried for 6 hours turning files to bk2s and nothing loads up in game just a blank minitron..

Either your video is not under .mp4 format or different ones,makesure you convert the avi files into mp4 , this is a huge problem even  on WWE RAW era , we all been through on this  bug, Just use MP4 format then it should be fine, follow the exact same settings and then walla, your custom titantron works!
