PC Modding planning thread

Hey there,
I know there're some problems with the files, but hopefully they will get fixed soon.
I just had an idea though..Why don't we use this thread to plan modding to avoid wasting modders' time/energy.
EX: someone replies: "I'm gonna do the new x attire"..so we don't have multiple modders working on the same thing at the same time.
I, myself am not really a modder. But I'm eager to start. Guess I'll start with something simpler than textures like updating trons or menu renders.
What do you think?

I don't have the best rig but I play all the AAA games on high settinsg at least

 

 

This game is fucking HORRID on PC. An Unoptimized piece of junk. Hogs 2GB of RAM for me on launch and just continues to eat and eat. And then it uses no GPU or CPU power so there's that.

 

Worst port since GTAIV.

But it still serves as a great resource for the game files on next gen.
