w00ody Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 On this weeks episode of Jim Ross' podcast the Ross Report with Shawn Michaels, Jim Ross dropped a small bit of info on his inclusion on a new WWE 2K game. He said more news is to come in the next few weeks and has enjoyed working on the games in the past. He didn't mention it's specifically for WWE 2K16 or a new WWE IP publiished by 2K so that's still up in the air. The mention is at the top of his latest show which can he heard here Quote
seanironmaiden Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Good news. hopefully there's an Austin / McMahon or Austin / Rock showcase this year Quote
mrelectriccity Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 well since he's in it, the game must be focused on one of the eras he was broadcasting Quote
Topdog Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Hopefully we can play WCW vs WWF showcase and we can experience(play) both sides of the story. Quote
mrjordanreece87 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Hopefully we can play WCW vs WWF showcase and we can experience(play) both sides of the story. i wouldnt mind that man.... The alliance vs WWF but... Then again... A lot of people cant be used for it unfortunitly, Angle, Dudleyz, etc and they were a big part of them storylines Quote

mrjordanreece87 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Oh haha but the ratings war has been done (although was great) just hope we dont get 5+ Cena showcases Quote
Topdog Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Oh haha but the ratings war has been done (although was great) just hope we dont get 5+ Cena showcases Yea but it'll be better on next gen and we get to live out wcw's experience too...and I know right. Quote
the King Lives Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Oh haha but the ratings war has been done (although was great) just hope we dont get 5+ Cena showcases it actually wasn't done. not really. it just showed how wcw went down hill after the AE established it's stars. plus AE mode started in late 97 - 99 not 96 Quote

Although E&C had good matches, so did RVD. But Kronik xD I bet it'll be a HHH/Rock story, or at least I hope because you could do like 1997 - 2002. Yes they had a match or two in 2002 and The Rock interfered during the title match at King of the Ring 2002. Would be cool to see or Triple H Vs Stone Cold because they had a great rivalry too. We'll just have to wait and see on this one then. Showcase should be good because the 2K15 Showcase stuff was presented well and were fun to play. Quote
DrJoeyMagnum Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Well the Dudleyz are available for the games now since they left TNA Quote
the King Lives Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Well the Dudleyz are available for the games now since they left TNA Yeah I just hope they utilize what talent they can use from the current nxt and legends roster contracts. And not be lazy as hell on the damn move sets Quote
TetsujinOXO Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 Me too. I enjoy all the new talent and disagree with anyone who like to put down the indie guys they have brought in Quote
HiPcavallo Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 (edited) Yea I love all the indie guys they've brought in to, I'll be seriously disappointed if they don't all make the cut for WWE 2K16. Also agree with Jeff on the movesets. I'm gonna be so pissed if they don't give us Nash's knee strikes, especially since you just know they're going to add exactly one fucking Young Bucks move >_> Edited November 16, 2016 by HiPcavallo Quote

HiPcavallo Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Well I had to make my post relevant to 2K16 didn't I?Sadly it's far too late for the reverse chokeslam to make the cut, there's always 2K17 though! Quote
