2k16 to have largest roster ever

"WWE 2K16 Roster News

WWE Games recently noted the upcoming WWE 2K16 game will have the largest roster of any WWE video game ever.

WWE Diva Rosa Mendes was recently confirmed as being included in the upcoming game, as well as current NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks and WWE Superstar Rusev.

2K Sports is expected to be on-hand at E3 from June 16-18 to reveal the first details for WWE 2K16, which should give a little more information as to exactly how big the game will be. For comparison, including unlockable and preorder bonus wrestlers, WWE 2K15 featured a roster of 83 wrestlers, WWE 2K14 featured 103 wrestlers, and THQ’s WWE ’13 featured the largest, with 106 characters."

This year the give us 3 version of various wrestlers. 3 Alberto del Rio, 3 Mark Henry, 2 Daniel Bryan...

That count as only one or like 3 different wrestlers?

There it is. I always forget that's the reason why I too am usually unimpressed with the roster size. They do count each instance of a duplicate Superstar towards their total roster number.

I always felt like HCTP and SYM had larger rosters than WWE 13. Never counted but it just always seemed come off that way.

They've mentioned the names in the communtary on 2k15 numerous times Jeff Hardy' Kurt Angle etc just wondering if there is a way 2k can get those guys in the next??? I know their only names in 2k15 but surely if they can use there names they can use their apperances from when they were in WWE

yeah i dont understand y they just make them alt attire, like CM Punk on 2k15, one of the 2 Punks has alt attire that looks totally different than the original so its possible for them to do that.

WWE13 was bigger than 2k14 only by 3 characters. it was 106 with the dlc and 14 was 103 with the dlc. just counted.

I think with all the people getting confirmed they are going to give us the full main roster for once and a good amount of the NXT Superstars and Divas. I'm hoping for Big Cass, Enzo and Carmella.

I think those are fair predictions as they tend to have the usual legends and some that have been relevant in the past year. Related to HoFs, appearances and what not. I would say 108-111 wrestlers/divas altogether after DLC is what we'll have. 7 of those being duplicates. Just guessing though based off the past games.

nope as long as they are in TNA they won't use them in any wwe games. doesn't matter if its tna version or wwe version still the same person.

This is cool and all but, If they included every active Superstar & Diva on the roster, how often would most people use them? I know the top characters Cena, Lesnar, Bryan, Orton ext would get used orten, but guys like Ryder, Los Madidores, New Day, Adam Rose would get used like 1/10 of the time. So why have everybody when most don't get used much?
