Fink selectable as announcer?

As above.

 

I've noticed that seemingly 2K have fucked things up even further by not having Fink announcements for Macho King or Sherri. Is there any way he is selectable as ring announcer?

 

I was hoping I could rip some decent Macho King and Sherri samples from the sound.pck I could edit into 2K14, but if he's not selectable outside the Warrior Showcase then I'll have to chop them up myself.
