I got my game on sunday at a game store in spain, and do not know if the free season pass promotion affect me.

Anyway when i try to pay for the season pass it says me the following:

 

error 10830 (or some similar number) this product cannot be purchased at this moment.

What does it mean? Maybe it will be updated tomorrow, since PSN updates in europe on wednesday?

Please disregard what the brother above me said. Emailing those troglodytes is the last thing you might want to do even on your death bed although I appreciate Marcus Stephenson's communication to the people. But, your case is very area specific. They wouldn't provide you with any assistance as they would be losing money by doing so.

Where did you purchase from? The promotion is only for select retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon, and surprisingly Gamestop.

When you purchased the game, were you able to verify with the store manager if they were participating for the promotion and have on record they said as such. You could always have your brother or sister borrow your phone so you can catch them on video saying it as proof for your return. Also, always use an exacto knife when opening the special game packaging so you are able to easily reseal for returns in case you weren't satisfied with it. Softwares have intricate laws which state that they are nonrefundable once opened from its special packaging especially regarding video games.

Chances are, because you purchased from an exclusive store in Spain, it would be a "Mom and Pop" shop which means they would be exempt from participating from the promotion. I would personally order from Amazon and call them to verify that they would be providing the Season Pass and just in case, record the call so in case you don't receive it, you will be refunded the amount as Amazon is lenient with their policies provided that your track record as a customer is good.

Post your findings here. I have read on some sites that this promotion is only until the end of this week while some like Gamespot claim it lasts until the end of the month.
