Creating Entrance videos

Recommended Posts

I was wondering what the process was to make an entrance video as a .bik file to work in 2k14.  I captured the old DX entrance video from the DX Uncencored VHS tape (it has the entrance video for D-X when it was HHH, X-Pac, Chyna, Road Dogg, & Billy Gunn.  I noticed Chyna wasn't in the '13 entrance video so I wanted to make my own) & would like to make an entrance video I can then share with you all.  There are plenty of other trons I'd like to create as well, so if somebody could point me in the right direction, it will come in handy for when we need certain trons made up.

You need to make an avi or mp4 that is 320x320 (bottom 100x320 blank) and then turn it into a bik using RadTools

VirtualDub is very useful for the initial scaling of the video, not to mention free

Yep, and he can use the 640x640 resolution if he want a better quality ingame.

Thank you all!  I'll update you all on my progress when it's made.  I've been getting a lot better @ putting together videos so I might even be able to make some fresh trons for guys who are missing them.  Is 640x640 the limit?
