Connor MacLeod Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 I have read everything I could find & I can't seem to find what I am looking for even though I'm 100% sure I have read it before. I want to change the alt attire names. I can do it in the misc pac with no problem , but there are only certain ones there. I read awhile back about a way to change them to like "TNA" or w/e, but they had to be written backward in hex or something. Like if "TNA" was A17A in the string file it would have to be "7A A1" in hex somewhere. I hope this makes sense what I am looking for , it has been awhile ago that I saw it. Quote
bugsyboy Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Yeah thats it. There is a thread from Red Rooster about editing the string from slc5 to add new names. On the thread there is also a range of numbers you can use to add new names. hope it help Quote
Red Rooster Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Yeah just add the attire names to the string file and set it in misc01_start Quote
XIII XHP Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 When you add additional attires to Community DLC, you have to change a slot name in misc01_start to the character pac number you're trying to edit, add how many attires & hex codes for attire names, right? Just wanted to clarify before I made any changes... Quote

Just wanted to clarify before I made any changes... Yes Sweet, thanks bro. I'm working on a couple of mods that I'd want to share w/ everybody. A couple attire mods on guys like Mike Tyson, X-Pac, adding the socks to the attires that don't have them on bugysboy's Bret Hart mod, ECW attires for RVD (trying to make a pack using his 2k15 model), tekken's Jeff Hardy & a bunch more. I'm finally getting the hang of it so expect to see some stuff from me in the future! 1 Quote
