Beyond The Ropes Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 I'm not sure how I didn't know this until now, but since when can you do the superplex OMG move that takes 3 finishers from the apron? This animation is pretty cool compared to the same one that I was used to seeing. How come nobody has this in their "OMG moments" videos anywhere? Also, could somebody confirm whether this is in current gen as well, or was this something given to last gen only? Quote
fufu ÷ Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 It's been there from the start of OMG moves, just nobody used it since it's more awkward to execute from the apron. Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 Damn, I've been in that position with 3 finishers before and never noticed it. It's cooler than the normal one from inside. Quote
glennsoe Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Does it work with infinitive finishers also ? Quote
Red Rooster Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Does it work with infinitive finishers also ? Lol infinitive, yes it does Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 Yes, there's no reason that it shouldn't. Lol. Yeah, it was news to me as well. Nobody that I've seen has put it in their "OMG moment" videos, it would've gone completely unnoticed by me had I not been looking for crap like this that 2k/Yukes/THQ didn't tell us. Quote
OLD ACCOUNT Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 What are you talking about? I feel like we all know about the superplex to the outside, which is a known thing. Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 You can execute it from two different positions for two seperate animations. Place them on the top rope, then go to the apron and press Y/Triangle to do the second animation. The regular is obviously the one from inside the ring while they're in the corner. It's not even the same move. Go look for yourself. Quote

waleed.619 Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 well that's a shocker....gonna try it for sure Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 Yes, you still need three finishers. It's basically just a variation of the outside superplex. This way you can choose which direction the opponent gets suplexed instead of only being able to do it to the left of whatever turnbuckle you're in. Quote
bey74 Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Never knew about this....have to try it sometime.... Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 13, 2015 Author Posted March 13, 2015 Are you on current gen or last gen? I'm on ps3. Quote
Beyond The Ropes Posted March 13, 2015 Author Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) That's what I was guessing by the animation alone. Too bad I didn't notice it for two years. Haha! Oh well, that's kinda cool I suppose. Just get 3 finishers, whip them into the corner, then set them on the top turnbuckle instead of pressing Y to do the normal version, then go out to the apron and walk toward them, it should display the OMG moment prompt like all of the other ones. seanironmaiden Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 keeps glitching on me every time I try it and my wrestler gets caught up in the ropes and then warps inside. Any work arounds to this? Quote
