Littlebase
Hi all. Awhile back I tried replacing Takers wm14 hair model with his wm11 hair model. Now When I tested it in game the long hair didn't show up just his hair on his texture for the head. Is it possible that I made all the hair model parts black on the alpha channel so it doesn't show up? I didn't check the alpha channel I have to find that pac file. bugsyboy
The hair part in the alpha need to be white not black
Littlebase
Thanks for the reply. I uploaded the textures to show what I did. Could you tell me where I've gone wrong? As you could see the hair parts are white but I just realized I didn't edit the alpha channel. Edited January 29, 2015 by Littlebase
bugsyboy
Do the hair you try to replace it with has the alpha at the same place ?
Littlebase
No the hair in trying to replace it with the hair textures are in the top right corner on the color, normal and the alpha.
Littlebase
Ok here are the original textures. They don't match up. There the same as the original alphas. So I have to change the texture coordinates with doing uvw unwrapping in 3ds Max right? Also one part on the 98 hair texture is upside down. How would I overlay that? The same one on the 94 version is right side up. Not trying to confuse anyone lol.
