It's not his job to make up for your lack of ability to draw or use Photoshop. If his CAW's aren't good enough for you to use and not need to take his logos, then his logo's shouldn't be either. He has the choice if he'd like to share or help you...or not. You don't like it, get to cracking on learning Photoshop and how to do a Google Image search, then you have no reason to complain. Did Van Gogh share his art with every painter, letting them claim it as their own?? And you might not have recently...but you still once did. First of all.. i didn't post what i posted to start a war. secondly i've always treated you with respect so i expect the same. third, dyno has attitudes at times though i do respect his work. and anything I have used was for my own private enjoyment. I have never created something and uploaded it anywhere without posting proper credit. and the only person whose stuff i ever used as mine was Tekken's Hogan and dr.Vries lex luger and that was years ago. How bout you talk about something that's happened within the last 2 years and not 4 years ago. so you really need to chill. smh some people have their nerve.

I'm not attacking you...call it "hard love". I'm straight forward, I shoot from the hip. If I was attacking, you'd know it (trust me...anyone who's seen my old wall-o-text's I'd do when I went off on someone would tell you you just got it light). I'm just sticking in my opinion...as a creator myself. I'm pretty avid about stealing or using work (and that includes using someone's CAW as a reference...still stealing IMO if you don't ask or credit). If it's not from a real life pic, and it's from something made in the game (as this topic references in the first place), it's as good as ripping the logo itself and stealing. Without that CAW, would you still have a reference?? Did you need his work to make it at all?? Would you still have the same outcome if you didn't?? Those are questions you should think about...how is that not stealing if you based off their creation? All makers have the right to be stingy, even dyno (and yes, I know he doesn't share much...didn't even with me)...that's where you do like I did, learn to do it yourself or even collab with someone who is better than you and share in the wealth and knowledge. I can say I learned quite a lot collabing with AJSim and his texture making ability I didn't quite have like he does (but I never slighted him nor his massive skills...ever) Edited February 2, 2015 by WolfgangJT

You bring nothing to the creative effort, therefore your opinion - while you are entitled to it - is completely worthless. If I wanted to put my logos on CC, I would put them on CC. Someone else putting my logos on CC, specifically without asking or crediting, is essentially just piggybacking off my hard work. I know you don't understand this premise, having never contributed anything of any time or effort, but it's the way most real creators feel. There is a level of respect and trust between the majority of the top creators in this community. It's not a stingy thing, it's about sharing logos or formulas behind closed doors to avoid cheap knock offs and low quality CAWs clogging up the servers. 1

Well, if truth applies, many of the logos aren't being created in the video game anymore, so it's a moot point. They are being created in Photoshop by the person's hands (or hands controlling a mouse, pen, etc). But the truth is it's not stealing if credit is being given (in all places it is manually released for use or shown)...i.e, you can't just credit on Smacktalks in a preview topic, but put them on PSN/XBLive and not credit there...still is stealing unless credits are in the place you also released it to the public. Otherwise, that would be like writing a book that has all references cited in the first draft...but when you publish it, omitting and and trying to say it wasn't plagiarizing because your first edit had the references (though the published one doesn't).
