Uploading logos

I've notice that some people appear to be uploading logos that seem to be imported. If this is so, how are you doing it.ie Jeff Hardy painted face.

hey Blackwire052 could you re-raise maneak to wwe 2k19 ?, is that I had the bad luck to delete it without realizing it and I like that character much like others who go up, I'm always looking to see if you upload a new one, you make a great I work, but can you re-raise Maneak? I would greatly appreciate it.
