I will do what I can to help you rectify this situation. Would it be possible for you to do a full reboot of your system and your network hardware as a whole? This would mean unplugging your modem/router for roughly 30 seconds, and then turning them back on. Doing this with your network equipment first and then your PS4. I will await your reply.
