So this has been my time on Smacktalks on Christmas. I can't be bothered doing the Stammy's yet. Maybe tomorrow when more eyes are on ST.

I got a fucking sweet jacket from my girlfriend a couple of days ago, that'll probably be the only thing I really get, which is great. I hate opening presents, not in the grinch kind of way, I just would rather doing things more naturally.

 

I'm also off Boxing Day which is awesome. Back to the grind the day after though! Christmas Spirit all around!

 

Anyway, off to get ready for going to my girlfriends for xmas. Aw shit. I also have to give out my presents. I'm shit at picking stuff so I'm nervous as fuck, which adds to my kind of resentment of christmas.

I spoke to an American (it's always the yanks) on Christmas Eve at the pub, he asked "is it always this hot for Christmas here?". Keeping in mind it was only a cool, breezy 22 degrees, a somewhat mild Australian Christmas. I was searching for sarcasm, and trying to work out if it was a joke. No he was serious. American comes to the other side of the world for Christmas, where it's summer, and wonders why there's no snow.

 

So I'll let everyone else know, if you want to come to Australia for Christmas, leave your dreams of snowmen and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York at home. It's shorts and thongs. For everyone except Sassy, that's the footwear.

I'm so glad we have members like a Sassy that compliment the visits here. It's so besides the norm. A lass interested in wrestling, video games, and talking shit? That's a guarantee to be ugly or redneck. But, total opposite case here. The bonus here also is you also don't feel gay during the visits. But, alas I don't think her tenure will last long. She'll kick the wrestling schtick to the curb and grow out of it.

I wish to be proven wrong though.
