Can anyone direct me to where I should look if I want to upload a custom logo.  On the 360 version of 2K15, no one has uploaded Nikki Bella's "Fearless" logo and I wanted to.

 

If I wanted to import the logo into the game/upload it to CC, does that require modding?

Yes and no. You can do it via modding but you can also do it with a save editor that has the capacity to swap custom paint tool logos.
