Making dds imgae transparent problem

Hi, i was doing some matchups but i'm having a problem. I'm trying to make this wm15 logo transparent but it isn't working. Any idea of what am i doing wrong?

Logo format saving(i'ved also tried to saving it as dxt5 no minimaps)

Open the logo in Photoshop and make the Alpha channel completely black.
