Cant access Logo Manager on PS4 CE-34878-0 error

Hey all - New to the forum - but have a few CAWs on the PS4 WWE 2k15 server under this username; Bully Ray, John Morrison, and a few others.

Anyway, I can no longer access the Logo Manager in the game, because when I try, I get a blue screen and a message saying there's been a CE-34878-0 error and I get booted out of the game.
Am I the only one having this problem? I can't create any new CAWs because I cant upload logos. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, deleting my save data and even Initializing my system. I always get that error message now. It's the ONLY game I have ever gotten the message on.

Just wondering if anyone else here ran into this?
