Technological Help Needed

This is like the third time I've asked you guys for help, but everytime I do you always seem to fix my problems. Here's a problem that's really fucking me off. I synced 252 photos and 43 videos from my laptop to my iPod Touch (5th Generation, iOS 8.1.1), so I went into my camera roll and nothing was there. I backed out and saw that the videos were in my videos album, so at first I thought that just the videos copied over and not the photos. Then I accidently clicked on moments (I fucking hate that moments album, anyone else?) and found everything there, but I clicked on one of the photos and I can't edit or delete them. I need to duplicate it to edit it, but if I do that for every picture that's 2 copies of it on my iPod and wasted space. I can't do anything about my videos, also I now have three new albums when I go into Photos (I copied 3 albums). So I have  problems

 

- The synced photos and videos aren't in my camera roll, but they're in moments

- I can't delete or edit them

- I don't want the three new albums being there

 

So basically I just want the photos and videos to be like originals, I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance guys
