thedutchghoul Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 (edited) For WWE 2K15, we were unable to support new versions of Create-an-Arena, Custom Divas, Create-a-Championship and Story Designer. This decision was extremely difficult, but a necessary one, in order to deliver a more focused and polished game. The primary reason we did not announce these changes earlier is due to the team working until the last minute to retain as many features as possible. Although some features were removed, we added an incredible new tool that will really change WWE 2K15 and the future of in-game customization: the Superstar Studio. This feature is something fans have requested for a long time, and we're happy to deliver this key innovation in WWE 2K15. We've received very positive feedback on Superstar Studio thus far, but it seems like many want to know how the process actually works! Players don't have to be experts with design or art programs in order to use this feature. In fact, they can bypass using an image editing program altogether simply by uploading an image directly to the Superstar Studio website. The only reason to bring an image into an image editing program is to add transparency (or as artists call it, an "alpha") to an image. In previous years, we allowed players to change the color threads on the Superstars, as well as edit the attire on a limited amount of Superstars. ForWWE 2K15 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, not only will you be able to edit the color threads on the Superstars and Divas, but you will also be able to change their attires! The gear of the Superstars and Divas is constantly changing, and we've heard feedback from the fans who want to keep their roster members as up-to-date as possible, which you'll now be able to do! For example, in WWE 2K15, we have Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in their Shield attire. With the features in Superstar Studio, you can very quickly update their gear to match what they are currently wearing by changing their in-ring attire, entrance attire and using the Logo Manager to import their logos for their merchandise. It's an extremely quick and easy process for all of our fans. We are fully committed to expanding the creation abilities in future WWE 2K iterations with improved tools, options and support. We will also make improvements to the Superstar Studio by adding more content into various categories (e.g. beards, clothes, hairstyles, etc.). We're looking forward to hearing back from all our fans about what's working and what could be improved in WWE 2K15's Creation Suite. Edited November 11, 2014 by thedutchghoul Quote

Auday Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 What bugs me is that we only have 8 logo slots per caw. Quote
Zark Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Holy fucking shit Rollins looks awesome! Dean Ambrose build still looks too big though Quote
Auday Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 What bugs me is that we only have 8 logo slots per caw. " Each user is given 20 slots for downloaded images or any images uploaded by the community."This bothers me a lot. It's been that way for years, once you're done from the logo delete it and upload a new one, simple as that. 1 Quote
OverTheEdge Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 For WWE 2K15, we were unable to support new versions of Create-an-Arena, Custom Divas, Create-a-Championship and Story Designer. Ouch. Sadly, we already knew about Story Designer and Create-a-Finisher, but custom arenas, titles, and Divas are added to that list as well. Quote
Titavius Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 (edited) This is awesome. Very fooking limited, but awesome if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the creation suite. Edited November 11, 2014 by Titan83 Quote

NickBreaker Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 (edited) No arenas. Wtf. So will everyone have to make these new Ambrose/Rollins attires up or maybe you can share the outfits on cc? also 7 parts to the Rollins tights? Edited November 11, 2014 by NickBreaker Quote
fufu ÷ Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 No divas. That's going to get in the craw of the girls and gays. Quote
OverTheEdge Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 also 7 parts to the Rollins tights? The tights themselves and all the designs on them. Seems they have things far more neatly structured than in past games. Quote
seanironmaiden Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 This looks incredible. Also the Rollins and Ambrose head scans are amazing!! Being able to have 8 different custom logos on a CAW is great news... I was thinking maybe 3 or 4 would be the limit. So basically, you could have your face texture, like, 6 different tattoos and then have 1 custom logo that you can then repeat as many times as you want on tights / boots / tshirts etc... I'm more than happy with that! Hopefully the 20 slots will work the same as in previous years in that you can apply whatever you want to your CAW and then if you delete them from the slots, the CAW won't loose the logos. Agghghghg.. I wish it was next week already!!!!! Having EAS available on the Divas aswell is a nice surprise. wasn't expecting that to be honest, but it sucks there's no female CAWs this year Seeing both entrance attire and match attires simultaneously is a cool touch.. All in all though.. bravo 2K, bravo.... Quote
seanironmaiden Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 One thing that remains to be seen is whether an edited attire on an in game wrestler will take up one of your 25 CAW slots.... Quote

No, we've known that for a while now--ever since the feature was officially announced, in fact. Unfortunately, it will. Quote
Karanrehani Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 There goes the Bayley CAW everyone had been waiting for... Editing Superstars looks phenomenal though. Quote

Samy Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I can't wait to see how far we can go with divas editing Quote
Shock_800 Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Good to finally know what size logos are, or at what they can be. Any word on how many attires a caw can have this year? If 1 edited superstar attire takes up 1 caw slot, I'm guessing every caw has only 1 attire + entrance attire Quote
