Does anyone else have this concern for Current-Gen editied superstars?

I was curious to know if anyone else wondered about this. We all know an editied superstar (ie: Dean, Seth, Roman and Mizdow) will take up a slot of the 25 we have on PS4/Xbox One. My concern and wonder is if we will still be able to add 3 other attires to that superstar similar to how Superstar Heads was last year and this year last gen when a superstar was not added as an atlernate attire to the in-game model.

Please share away your thoughts on the subject. I'd like to know what you think and hope we can get answers soon.

Fear? They've essentially already confirmed this. It doesn't matter if you change Randy Orton's trunks to pink, yellow, fuschia, magenta or lime, it will take a new slot up every time.

With cinematic attires gone, you can say toodles to the alternative attires option in eighth gen too. The memory for each CAS file is considerably huge. You want a change in attire? Edit like how we used to do on PS2.

Actually they never said that ss threads wasn't in they just said they had a mode a feature greater than threads

I'm pretty sure if there was an option to not take up an entire slot while editing an existing superstar they would have said "oh except when doing it through superstar threads". It takes up a slot to change John Cena's shoe laces to purple, time to start accepting that.

never fear guys, 2HQ always have an ace up their sleeve. and remember, fear is the path to the dark side. fear leads to flaming, flaming leads to hatin' and hatin' leads to epic trolling..

Surely threads is in and the new edit thing is like Superstar Heads but for everyone. That was my understanding.

It's not heads. Heads isn't a new feature. That's what people fail to realize

Well we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully Threads is in, its a good feature.

Don't quote me but I really don't think threads is out. When they mentioned editing superstars/divas, they said they had a feature that goes beyond threads but they never said threads had been replaced or taken out. This suggests to me that it's still in. I'm more worried about CAA than anything else but at this point I'm fine either way. I already know I'm gonna enjoy this game alot!

They did say the same thing about Paint Tool before the q&a. Then they outright said it was gone.I wouldn't be surprised if there's an attire editor in the Superstar Studio that allows you to change the color of their current attire along with the option to start from fresh,

If you noticed in the video for Superstar Studio, you could select Cena,Uso,Fandango etc bottoms (WWE Bottoms the tab said) I'm guessing they will also have the option to use studio for regular superstars as well and either add generic outfits or change color on current superstar attires. Example: Select Cena's bottoms but change to all black shorts.

Yeah, this is definitely something that's crossed my mind as well--especially since we only have 25 slots to use. I don't entirely mind if making an alternate for someone takes up one of those spots as long as it does allow us the additional attires like normal CAWs in the past have had. At the same time, I wouldn't at all be surprised if that doesn't end up being the case. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if even regular CAWs could only have one attire this year.

This development team likely does not have an ace up their sleeve. I've been following them for a looong time. Some years they make great strides forward, and some years they make decisions that leave you scratching your head. Constant, blind optimism in face of their laziness or bad programming/creative decisions is not a solution.

You know how, in all those years, how we got them to actually improve the product to the point that it was at for 2k14? Bitching incessantly. Voicing our displeasure. Not just sitting there and happily eating the crap that THQ and 2k wanted to feed you.

I'll give you an example. A few years ago, a few hundred moves were removed from the game for "quality reasons" and not replaced. The community at the time lost their ****. As a result, no move was ever again removed from the game without being reanimated and replaced. That was Us that did that.

If you sit there and just happily gobble up every nonsense, cost-cutting decision they make while swallowing it ever time the series takes a step back... And buy the game with a smile, you'll just be encouraging them to keep feeding you mediocrity. From a business standpoint, they'll have no reason to invest in improving the game.

Don't take crap. Don't take mediocrity. With social media as it is, you have the power to change things to have the game YOU want, much moreso than we did years ago when tripe like Wrestlemania X8 came out.

Ok... rant over.
