UnderTaker1784
They are calling the importer superstar studio, why not creation studio? this makes me feel as if there is no create an arena or create a championship modes in new gen wwe2k15 for ps4/xboxone Im starting to feel is though that the only creation features this game has only having to do with the creation and editing of superstars and nothing more, what do you think? AjSim
Ahhh well even if that's the case as a first in the series feature I've gotta be honest...it goes way beyond anything I personally thought they would give us. As a building block we should be majorly excited by it IMO

AjSim
It hasn't even been ruled out yet though has it? Just wait and see if it's DEFINITELY not in before getting down about it would be my advise.
Titavius
funny how peoples attitudes change, just because of the shiny new graphics. 2k15 on last gen had a ton of shit removed, everybody starts crying and making angry threads. now we're faced with the possibility of having just a CAW mode and 25 CAW slots. nobody gives a shit, because everybody is memorised by Graphics. the Superstar Studio is an amazing feature, and is probably the only reason i'll get this game. but the fact that things have been removed from the franchise on both generations is not necessarily a good thing. people who say features over graphics are liars. fufu ÷
Superstar Studio is likely ONE PART of the larger Creation Suite.

Nothing has been removed from the new gen though as this is a brand new game. I was pissed when I first heard there was only 25 caw slots but it is what it is and isn't the end of the world. The fact that they have included a feature that many of us have been crying out for, for years at their first crack of the whip is nothing but good news...they at least know their audience. And if it plays as well as it looks then it should be the best wrestling game for a long time.

People who are perceiving it as anything other than a new game on a new generation of consoles are blinkered. End of the day it is what it is, either take it or leave it, no-one is forcing us to buy it. I'm pretty sure they won't have removed any features out of spite but more likely had to focus their resources on the elements they felt they HAD to implement within the given time constraints. All in all I'm impressed with what I have seen and genuinely excited to actually PLAY the game...which is something I haven't been able to say about a wrestling game for a long time. People are always gonna have divided opinions when it comes to stuff like this...maybe some people will choose to stay last gen, others might not have a choice (cost). Those fortunate enough to own new consoles have many other games to look forward to on the horizon so even if this doesn't live up to some peoples expectations I'm pretty sure they will have other things to tide them over til 2K16.

The core of the game is improved and that's what matters, not all the tiny side things. Create an Entrance may be cool, but it's not game changing. Create a Finisher-it, already being somewhat broken, stopped working and there wasn't enough time to fix it. People would bitch about a glitched out mode if they kept it in the game. Oh, don't forget career mode.
darkoffspring
I'll go ahead and vote with my wallet by not getting this game. 25 caws is way not enough for me, and seems like an arbitrary cutback in order to sell future games. I'm not dancing like a puppet for them. 2k14 will do for now. Edited November 3, 2014 by darkoffspring
dantheman9856
there probably isn't CAA. Just a guess. Which will suck because with all the texture import features just revealed, I would revel in the fact I could put old aprons on the rings at a decent quality. 25 created slots still seems low to me considering the sizes of these games and the amounts of hdd space is available. I have a 2tb hdd connect to my xbox one.

Jules145
Why don't we just wait and see. Why is there always people going straight to conclusions? Either way, the Superstar Studio is part of the Creation Suite. Its not one section. 2K tweeted that they have something big FOR the Creation Suite. Thus, the Superstar Studio is part of the Creation Suite. Like I said, lets play the patience game and lets see if they do announce more for the Creation Suite. I'm not dancing like a puppet for them. 2k14 will do for now. So 10 CAWs like in UFC would have been sufficient enough. I fail to see what one has to do with the other. I've never bought or played UFC games, so the number of CAWS in them is irrelevant. All I know is that 2k14 on old hardware had 100 CAWS, and 2k15 on new hardware seems to have 25, which just smacks of manipulation, laziness, or incompetence (being unwilling to allocate resources to things that matter to their customers). I don't have a next Gen console yet. The two things that would have made me buy a next Gen console would have been a competently produced NHL 15 and WWE 2k15. Well, NHL 15 sucked and WWE 2k15, while it looks interesting in a lot of ways, is breaking a feature that I absolutely NEED to enjoy the game. Therefore, for all those reasons, 2k will not be getting my money this year,

I've said before that I'd rather have lower-res wrestlers I can (more or less) customize any way I want to and make my own stories with than mind-meltingly detailed wrestlers and fewer creation options. If I were a kid, it'd be like choosing between a super-detailed Darth Vader statue and a smaller, less-flashy-looking Vader that was fully poseable. If 2K ever gets around to putting features back into the game, then--maybe--I'll consider jumping back in, assuming they don't try to rip people off like they did with last-gen's 2K15. bugsyboy
That feature is cool but i aint worth shit now that they took out custom music.
