Titavius Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 (edited) I'm positive there will be mods on PC to use him in game... i'll be playing as him the day the DLC comes out on last gen because i have a JTAG. i dunno why you assume people will be modding the PC version almost right away. it's simply not going to happen. it'll probably take a while just to understand how the game is engineered. i think Rooster has gone over this with you.
