I don't see why they won't be able to have a Head for everyone. Something like "Edit Superstar" would be cool. Kinda like how PES and FIFA have.

And, apparently, next-gen doesn't have Paint Tool, either.  Or at least the console version won't.

I'm almost positive we'll be able to edit superstars this year. A lot of people who attended the most recent even have been alluding to it. I think Superstar Heads was put in last year to test the waters and see if the community would abuse having control over the likeness of real wrestlers.

Only on consoles.  I think the PC version's gonna be a different story, if this community has anything to say about it.  Have faith.
